How it works: run npx @validate.qa/runner login --token pat_... then validate-runner cloud --shards 4, or call the MCP tool run_suite from your agent. Shards run on isolated cloud machines. Results, video and traces appear in the Runners tab.
For agents (MCP): get_minutes, run_suite, get_runner_run, then buy_minutes, which returns a checkout link for the human to open.

Security: each shard runs in its own isolated task with no cloud permissions and no access to private networks. Your code and secrets are never shared with other runs. Jobs have time limits: 30 minutes on free minutes, 60 minutes on bought minutes.
A minute is billed per started minute of machine time. Chromium first. Validate.QA's own tests never use Runners minutes.
